- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup mixed fruit (berry mix the best)
- 1 large carrot
- 2 tablespoons coconut yogurt
- 1-2 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp flax seed oil (high source of protein and fibre)
- ½ tbsp maple syrup (optional)
- Combine all ingredients and blend on high until smooth.
