Carrot Smoothie

Most of the properties of the carrot can be attributed to its beta carotene and fiber content. This root vegetable is a good source of antioxidant agents too. Moreover, carrots are rich in vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, vitamin B8, pantothenic acid, folate, potassium, iron, copper, and manganese. Everything you need to be a superhero !


  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup mixed fruit (berry mix the best)
  • 1 large carrot
  • 2 tablespoons coconut yogurt
  • 1-2 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp flax seed oil (high source of protein and fibre)
  • ½ tbsp maple syrup (optional)


  1. Combine all ingredients and blend on high until smooth.
