Spinach is rich in vitamins, antioxidants and minerals. This healthy green has an extremely high nutritional value and is full of antioxidants. It is a big source of vitamins A, B2, C and K, and contains magnesium, manganese, folate, iron, calcium and potassium too.
Ingredients
- 3 cups ice cubes
- 2 cups baby spinach leaves
- 1 can crushed pineapple or 200 g fresh pineapple
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 banana, broken into chunks
- 1 orange, peeled and segmented
- 10 fresh mint leaves
- 1 lemon (the juice)
Method
The only thing you need to do is to blend your ice, spinach, pineapple, water, banana, orange, mint, lemon juice, and lime juice in a blender until the mixture gets smooth!
I have gotten so bored with my green smoothies and this recipe sounds wonderful! Plus you managed to make a green smoothie look good! 🙂
